Zia has been the best. They got the work done as fast as possible their subs showed up and got the work done when they said they would be there. The biggest thing I have learned is that contractors give you a date and do the work when they say they will there. Zia is always there when they say they will be there and work until the job is done. This is one thing other contractors don't do.

Zia Design and it's employees were wonderful to work with. They were prompt, professional and kept our house neat and clean throughout our remodel. When there were issues that came up in the process James was reasonable and accommodating while working through the rough spots that always come up . He and his crew were always pleasant and professional. If you are having any work done in your home I highly recommend this local company.

Zia has been a real gift during our recovery from back to back hurricanes here in Florida. The Zia crew was there to help us clean up, clean out, sanitize, and rebuild. We always feel like our project matters. The outcomes are exactly as we envisioned them. Thank you, Zia!

Experience
Owner-Operated Since 2005
Zia Design Solutions was founded in 2005 on a simple principle: do the work right, treat every client like a neighbor, and let the results speak for themselves. The owner brings 35 years of hands-on craftsmanship to every project and personally supervises each job from the first call to the final walkthrough. No handoffs, no subcontractors running your site. That's why nearly every new client comes through a referral. The work earns it.
Simple. Transparent. Done Right.
